Shipping Shipping within Bosnia and Herzegovina is free for all orders over 119 KM.
A standard shipping fee of 20 KM applies to all orders below this amount.
Return PolicyIf you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to customerservice@massimilianosuits.com with the subject line "Return Request".
- We will respond with detailed instructions, including the return address and a return form.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all accessories or materials received (such as tags, tissue paper, dust bag, or thank-you card).
- Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. You will be notified via email once the return is approved.
Please ensure that garments are tried on with care. Items showing signs of wear, scent, or damage will not be accepted for return.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days, using the original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Massimiliano unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
